Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before placing an order. Please carefully review your shipping information before completing checkout.

Once an order has been submitted, we are generally unable to change or update the shipping address.

If a package is returned because the shipping address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we'll contact you using the email associated with your order. Once the correct shipping information has been confirmed, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier. While we're always happy to assist whenever possible, we cannot guarantee delivery after the package has left our facility.
